Phone or Skype Sessions

Because I am audio-sensitive and have extensive training as a vocalist, telephone sessions can be entirely productive. I can hear everything that is going on in my client’s body in the same way that I perceive this information in person.

The optimal arrangement for telephone sessions is when they are supplemented every 1-4 months with in-person sessions. Sessions are also available via Skype.

Individual Sessions

I work in a body-based, related way with people.

I respect you absolutely, while going after the patterns which are driving unhappy behaviors or causing you pain.

I see the "shape" of your dilemma and help you to become conscious of its configuration in your system.

This involves bringing awareness to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels of being, as they all have information which will lead to unraveling the knot which you need untied.

Your body-centered intelligence will always reveal exactly what you need to heal or self-correct. My job is to call to this intelligence where you can not, and give you whatever information I have which might assist you.

• Session Time: usually 1 hour, longer sessions can be arranged if needed.

Couples Sessions

When I work with a couple, it is a bit like looking at two different weather systems which move toward each other and then form a climate for the third thing - the garden between them.

You want that garden to be healthy and abundant, a place of respite and enjoyment. But it is often neglected, or frazzled by storms generated by the two weather systems.

In our sessions, I work without judgment to discern where attention most needs to be paid by both individuals in order for their love to thrive.

I attend to the health of the relationship and expect each person to develop skills to care for the relationship as a vital source of personal health. I also support each individual to see more clearly how their own material is affecting their choices in relationship.

I help you get out of exhausting power games and into eros - pleasure and vitality.

• Session Time: usually 1 hour, longer sessions can be arranged if needed. I often see the individuals in their own sessions alternately with couples' sessions.
• Cost: $150 - 130/hour, Couples and $120 - $100/hour, Individuals
